The said flight was originally scheduled for **:** am on **.**.****. However, the information about the change of time was suddenly sent at **:** pm on **.**.**** and calls were put at a weird hour of **:** pm after the web check-in had been done and the traveller had dozed off to travel early the next day. Unfortunately, the assistance given at your counter was regrettably poor and I was shuffled from one person to another by your personnel only losing time without proper assistance. I wanted to cancel my ticket because I had a connecting train from Howrah at **:** pm and the new time was unsuitable for me. They asked me to cancel it through the agency from which I had purchased the ticket or to visit your site to further the cancellation. However, I felt cheated when I found that the site refused to cancel.
