Hi,
I would like to raise a compliant with regards to the refund of the above PNR.
The reason for TDR filing is incorrect as it was a family ticket and only * ticket was confirmed out of the * passengers, so no one travelled.
I did try to cancel the tickets via the app which did not work and also called irctc helpline no to cancel the tickets who advised me to send an email to etickets@irctc.co.in at * am, * March, which is well before the scheduled departure date.
I have attached the screenshot of the email for your reference.
Kindly arrange the entire refund for the mentioned PNR as the amount is also very high i.e. Rs ****.**.
