Rebekah Mukadam filed complaint against Air india on May 15, 2021
I had booked my flight ticket for **rd December but due to rise in cases then, Oman had shut all borders. It's been *** days and I haven't gotten a refund yet. I've called and emailed e-commerce and even visited their office in both Oman and India multiple times since then asking for my refund but I haven't gotten any proper response. Their service is just ridiculously terrible.
