Dear Staff on Duty,
I have ordered * items in the cart and due to the delay in delivering the Amp wiring kit I have canceled one of the orders and received the below base tube. i have gone through the product and installed it in my car and there is zero performance From JXL base tube.I would like to escalate to get a full refund to the original form of pay as i have paid from amazon pay. I Am a very loyal old customer and kindly take this product and process a refund to my amazon wallet. Note: If you want to save this **** Bucks not an issue i will treat this as i have donated some money to the beggars and you will ruin our loyal relationship between the customer and amazon and i will write a negative feedback about the amazon in social media, trust pilot as well and instagram/social media. Take this stupid product and process a full refund and i dont want any replacement. Attaching the audio conversation which he promised me that i will get a call back from Amazon head of operations and iam waiting for the same.
I will order another product from amazon which costs ***** INR of the Sony Home theater and your decision will make me decide whether to redirect to flipkart/TATA CLIQ/Ebay/Moglix.
