Goibibo - Refund for International flight

I had booked a flight via Goibibo to travel. My flight was cancelled by airlines. They have told me that they have issued a refund to my travel agency and I need to contact them for refund. But Goibibo has not been accepting calls and there reply is just one word that we are following up. I need to take another flight soon and neither are they letting me rebook it nor giving me my money back. I am a student and have payed huge money fr this flight. Please help!
