Woodland - Refund for immediately cancelled order as shipping address is wrong

I Bought the sandals with Order ID- OR-*******. But when i checked the delivery address it showing wrong so immediately cancelled it. Also for this payment i used the Gyftr e wallet balance. But for the refund i call them repeatedly one automated caller tune is hearing " all coustomer care agents are busy please hold" i hold the call about ** min but no one has picked up the call. I also reached out the Gyftr coustomer care , they told me to contact brand as there showing the voucher is already consumed when i buy it again. The worst part is Woodland coustomer care there were no any other contact means. I have emailed them also but no reply.
Insident is happend on date: ** October **** around **:** PM.
