I booked two tickets on travolook two months ago ND they cancelled one of them, so I had to cancel the other one and have been awaiting the refund ever since. Even after countless calls and emails, I've come to the conclusion that this site fraud and maybe I will never get my money back and so I'm trying my luck here.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
