My flight from Chennai to Kuwait with PNR *E DGTLQP in IndiGo airlines was cancelled due to covid. IndiGo refunded the money in May itself, yet Goibibo is cheating without refunding the money properly. They first initiated refund on June *th with ** days notice, ii) June **th with one month notice, iii) July **th with ** days notice, iv) On July **th with **-** days notice. Everytime, they will create a compliant in their portal, give a resolution in mail as listed above and close the compliant. They have no customer care contact number and no email contact. They only respond in their facebook page.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
