Indigo Airlines - Refund for flight cancellation not given

My flight on **th May **** got cancelled just few hours before the departure by the Indigo Airlines. There is no information about the reschedule and refund in their website. I faced a lot of inconvenience by this cancellation and no response for when tried reaching customer support. Finally after one day of cancellation they updated in the website saying the amount will be kept with them and can be only used for booking another flight for the same customers within one year. When I reached the support after a lot of hours trying with patience, they said they updated the policy and the amount is not refundable and can only be kept in credit shell. I don't want the credit shell points, I want the complete refund of my amount directly to my bank account.
