I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the cancellation and refund of my flight booking (Booking ID: GOFLISTAJDKP*******, PNR: **N*XZ).
I initiated the cancellation on ** March due to the Middle East conflict. It has now been over three weeks, and I have neither received the refund nor any clear communication from your end regarding the status.
The total amount paid for the ticket was INR **,***. As per the airline’s official declaration, passengers are entitled to a full refund without any deductions under these circumstances. However, I have been informed that Goibibo intends to refund only INR **,***, with an unexplained deduction of INR *,***.
This raises the following concerns:
Why there is no contact details given on the website? the numbers given are not reachable or AI driven tele callers, no direct line to speak to customer care executive?
No email addresses provided to address the issues or claims.
Plenty of emails and reminders sent but no response at all even after tagging the DGCA and Airline which already has refunded an amount to Goibibo.
Why has there been no proactive update or communication for over two weeks?
Why is it so difficult to connect with your support team despite multiple attempts (**+ calls)?
For reference, I had made similar bookings for the same flight through other travel platforms, and I received full refunds within a week without any deductions.
