Ruchita filed complaint against OYO on Sep 10, 2021
I booked the hotel for *th September’** at Capital O *** Maharaja Hotel with the full payment with a booking ID Q**B**** as it showed available. When I reached the hotel on *th September’** at ** pm they said they do not accept online booking from OYO, the manager even spoke to someone named Aakansha at OYO service desk. I paid almost **** for a room of **** , what was my fault? That I believed in OYO and paid the full amount on spot on the app? I have spoken to N number of executives who raised a ticket twice and even assured me on mail for the initiation of the refund amount but I haven’t received the amount yet its been * days. OYO representatives just disconnect the call rudely, some of them were very nice to listen to my entire query for ** mins and putting me on hold for ** mins concluding just to disconnect my call. I need a full refund on the same as this is the issue of the hotel and OYO causing unnecessary chaos for the customer.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
