Cleartrip is not taking any action even after contacting and providing all details to them. Even the Singapore Airlines has confirmed for the refund through email and call. I need immediate refund of the full amount from cleartrip today itself else I want double the refund amount to be paid by cleartrip. I cannot follow up further as I am already doing it from last one month on a daily basis.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
