I had cancelled * tickets booked separately from Hyderabad to Bangalore for **th Aug ****, with Tkt IDs:

For each cancellation I have to get ***.** Rupees refunded, so total(Rupees ****/-).
It has been * months now and there is no information from Red Bus. This is extremely disappointing.
Initially, the "cancelled" tickets tab in the "My Bookings" section in the Red Bus app showed that the refund is under the processing stage and now if I check it, it says" Sorry! Internal Error". There is no communication as to what is going on.
I had also called the toll free number atleast ** times to ask the status of the refund yet nobody had answered my call.
I need this refund to be made at the earliest.
This experience is surely going to make me think twice before I book from red bus again.
