I booked a ticket from travolook from Jabalpur to Goa & it got cancelled automatically from their side & i receive a mail just after that saying my refund has been initiated & i’ll get it in *-** working days. I booked the ticket on **th December & today it’s **th February, i still didn’t get my refund. I called them & talked to their executives various times, all they say is i’ll get my refund in * days, i heard that for *-* times & i think this is some fraud company. I talked to my bank as well & they said they haven’t received any amount from travolook. Please help me in getting my money back
