Oyo room and booking com - Refund for cancelled OYO room
Raviteja Tutika filed complaint against Oyo room and booking com on Dec 27, 2023
I have booked * Oyo rooms in Visakhapatnam Cauvery hotel and while booking, OYO asked to pay advance of **** rupees. After that, they have replaced the booking with another hotel which is worst and also told that rooms are not available even there. So, requested refund but they are telling various reasons and not providing refund. Please help.
