During our stay at OYO ***** Hr Inn from **-**-**** till **-**-****, I had made a payment of Rs.***** (****+*****) due to some technical issue inbetween Oyorooms and Booking.com and advice from the property manager Mr. DEEPAK MUKHERJEE- ********** and OYO AREA MANAGER- **********.
Whereas my actual booking amount was ****.**

They committed me that after ** working days from the day of checking out from the hotel the booking excess amount (Rs. ****.**) will get credited to my bank account.

It's already been ** working days and no amount has been credited to my bank account, moreover, the property manager and the area manager are unreachable over the phone.
