i complaint again again on call and i got many emails i m really frsutrated all oyo services is too bad and the customer services always cut the call i really i booked on * nov **** and hotel take extra charge regarding my online payment i compaint agaisnt it i send all doscuments to oyo he send comfirmation mail for my refund but again again same issue happened from oyo end i really need to file a compaint against CEo my booking id FBBB**** and also check my ticket id lots of compaints and emails are there **********
please i need my refund
and ceo please shut the company if u have not face this
