goibibo - Refund for cancelled flights

i had roundtrip indigo flight Doha to Lucknow booked via goibibo. I travelled to lucknow but due to travel ban the flights were getting cancelled. I rescheduled my return flight from **th to **th March **** with the airlines and paid to them the fare difference. Later the flight was cancelled and indigo refunded Rs ***** to goibibo to pass it on to the end customer but goibibo hasn't sent any communication or refunded the amount so far. Also they have blocked all mechanisms to contact them. there are only * ways to contact - either call their helpline number or raise issue to management. If I call care number it asks for my mobile number and responds we don't have any booking on this mobile number. For raising issue to management it asks for Service Request number which obviously I can't get as no one is reachable to raise the issue. Struggilng since **th March to contact them.
