Last year, I booked a flight from Amritsar to Mumbai for May *th, **** through Goibibo. Unfortunately, the flight (GoFirst G*-****) was cancelled. I expected to receive a refund within two weeks, but despite numerous calls to both GoFirst Airlines and Goibibo customer support, I haven't received any money. It seems that GoFirst Airlines has not initiated the refund, which is why I haven't been able to claim it from Goibibo. It's been almost a year now, and I hope to find a resolution here.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
