On booking a flight using Travolook website on July **th ****, flight booking was cancelled by Travolook saying fare expired and got a call from them saying money will be refunded within ** business days. Today is Sep **th and haven't yet received the amount. Everytime, i call them, they say will refund in ** days or giving some excuse as technical issue because of which the money is not refunded. Looks like they are running some scam.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
