I had made a flight booking on the www.travolook.in website on ** September **** from Bangalore to Jaipur for my grandmother Ms. Kamala Bai after making the full payment of the fare totalling to INR ****. The company mentioned that the fare had expired and cancelled my booking and try again after ** minutes. I tried to book the ticket again from the same website and got the new ticket at the same price after making the payment of INR **** again.
It has been ** days since the company has not refunded my money for the failed ticket after receiving oral assurances from the company that the refund would be processed in * working days. On researching on Google, I found that this is a common practice the company follows where they take the money upfront and cancel the booking and ask the customer to book again, often holding up the refund for more than a month.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
