I have booked a flight from Yatra and I couldn't travel, hence got the booking cancelled from Airline Side. Airline confirmed that the refund has been processed from their side but Yatra still have not processed my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
