Makemy Trip - Refund for cancellation

I have cancelled my booking on makemytrip on **th Feb and yet to recieve the refund. When i contacted the customer care on *th march, it was a shock to me that they have not even initiated the refund. I had several follow up calls just to hear that there will be a call back and there was absoluetly no progress in my refund. They had mentioned that it was cancelled and they are initiating the transaction maunally, we are working on it, the account department will call you back. But there is customer redressal mechanism at all.
