My flight was cancelled by airline due to COVID** and credited a credit shell instead of full refund for future booking
I later tried to use the credit shell to book my flight but didn't find any credit shell as talked with airlines.
This all due to miscommunication by the travel agent i.e.Gobibo as they cancelled my Credit shell at their own and get refund from airlines but they are not refunding my ticket amout yet while I called multiple time, they are giving the status of refund as under progress since **st of July ****.
I have recorded calls and Tickets history.
Ticket details-
Travel Date-** Apr ****
Cancelled by air line- Mar ****
Cancelled by Goibibo- **-** July ****
Refund initiated on **st of July.
