Agoda Booking - Refund for cancellation

Dear Agoda,
I have booked indigo flight via agoda booking on **th of june, and within * hours of booking i have caled indigo for cancellation of flight and they confirm and as per indigo guidelines i am enable to get the full refund of flight ticket only about Rs. ***.** has been charged for consultation on call. IndiGo has been cancelled the flight on **th of june itself and initiated refund on **th of june. But today is **th of june and still no action has been taken from Agoda and i don't received any refund yet.
Kindly help me to get my refund asap
