I had initiated ticket cancellation on **-October-**** as the flight was canceled for the route. As per Airline the money is refunded to Happyeasygo go in * week, But Happyeasygo is not returning money and stating various excuses like ** days because of more work and less people due to Covid -** But i Waited for more than * month still my refund is under process.
I have all mail communication for this complaint.
