I booked * tickets for Volvo bus ( agency : Ankush Travels) from Chandigarh to Katra Vaishno Devi for **/**/**** from yatra.com. The reference number of orders are as follows :-
************* : * tickets
************* : * tickets
But on reaching the arrival stop, the bua agency said no booking was there regarding these details and said it would have been cancelled and refunded, but I did not recieved any money back and even my tickets were showing confirm status.
I also tried contacting yatra team but they were not receiving calls.
So please take this case into account and process the refund back to account.
