Yatra.com - Refund for bus cancellation

I booked bus on *th july **** . On ** july there is some lockdown n all int he city so all the bus was cancelled so i cancelled the bus. I got tje messege of cancellation n it iwas showing in the app that ur bus is cancelled. After few days, i didnt got any refund for bus cancellation. I sent a mail to tje yatra authority that u have not refunded the money foy my bis cancellation nd i also gave all the necessary information to them. So i got a messege from the other side that we will contact u for the same then i again sent a mail to them nd share the necessary information.till now i didnt got the refund. Kindly take some action on them.
