This is pathetic that I opted for TIMBL Broadband and salesperson took Rs. ***.** on **/*/**** through paytm and all the CAF and other paperwork were done on the same. When the time came for installation he told me that it will happen on the next date. Next day, I keep on calling the salesperson but he didn't pick up the phone and installation has been done. Now, I requested the customer support to terminate the connection and refund the amount. I am following by calling and writing emails to get the amount I paid but they are raising and closing the complaint. No resolution has been done.
