Dr Dharmeshkumar Modi filed complaint against Air India on Jul 6, 2023
I, Dharmeshkumar Modi, booked an air ticket from Toronto (YYZ) to Ahmedabad (AMD) via Delhi on the Air India website by paying in Canadian dollars from Toronto for my wife Hiralben Modi from Toronto, Canada.
I submitted the medical certificate on June *, ****; talked to your supervisor, and got the reply that I can keep the ticket open and the full refund would be given at any time as due to medical conditions till today I am not able to travel.
I want to draw your kind attention that her doctor had advised her to rest at home and not to travel June * ****, onwards due to covid situation till further advice. In Toronto, all covid patients were advised to remain at home during that time.
I am attaching herewith the e-ticket and medical certificate.
Right now I am in India. I tried to communicate via phone and email a number of times since last more than * months but they are not ready to give me a full refund as well is no courtesy to send an email that your ticket open date is over and also to inform me via email about how much money I am going to get as a refund.
I am facing mental, financial and physical harassment due to contacting a large number of times.
This is not acceptable to me at all and I would like to inform you that if I am not getting a full refund.
I need help from your side, please.
