I have been following for the refund money worth Rs. *****/- since *rd July ****. It's been a month and every time I get the same reply from their employees that the refund is initiated and will take *-* days to reflect and changes fail to confirm the same on mails.Till date I haven't got any refund. I have been so mentally harassed by Travolook Company that I have fallen sick now and wasted so much time asking for my own money.Bank's due date is in next * days and I have been requesting them to refund the money. It's today that it came to my knowledge that Travolook have duped many more people with the same tactics "technical issue".. pls help me. I am sick and tired of following up with them and for the fact they have now blocked my email ID. I have even written a mail to dishant@travolook.in who is suppose to be the manager there but fails to reply my mails and sort my problem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
