Senthilkumar Muniyan filed complaint against Air India on May 30, 2021
I was booked the ticket ** Apr **** and due to COVID-** i was not able to travel to Sweden. As per india government rules that if flight was booked from Mar **** to Dec **** and travellers not travel then Flight company should refund the cost without any deduction. I was approaching air india last * months to get my refund, but no response from them.
Response from Air India:
A new action has been added to the feedback MD-IDEL********* by ecommerce@airindia.in.

The refund proceeds will be credited in cardholder account in four weeks. Please open Customer Service Portal to view the new action.
But still my case was not settled.
I need your help to resolve the issue.
