I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which was booked on the date **-April-****.
The flight was supposed to depart from Bangalore at **:** am, but was cancelled.
I am entitled to compensation and look forward to receiving the sterling equivalent within the next ** days.
I attach a copy of the ticket.
Hope, I will get my refund during this pandemic situation.
