With reference to my booking PNR no. LM*WSA, initially the flight was rescheduled by * hrs against original schedule. As per the policy of airlines, I am eligible for ***% cash refund. Subsequently, the flight was cancellation due to covid **. Now , the company is taking the benefit of lockdown and refusing to pay ***% cash and providing credit shell with certain conditions. I explained many times that I am eligible for ***% cash refund even if there was no lockdown but company is not following its own policy and not ready to give cash refund. I have refundable ticket. Please arrange to provide me ***% cash refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
