Goibibo and Irctc - Refund due to covid19 pandemic

I have made the booking through this travel agency. Due to the covid-** pandemic all the flights get cancelled by govt. I have booked for the date of **th March, **** and return ticket on **rd April, **** to the Air Asia airlines.
While contacting with the airlines they have mentioned that refund is given to respective travel agency. But these Goibibo and IRCTC still not given the refund to me. It's almost one month passed still I didn't get nothing.

Can you please help me out to get the refund as early as possible.
