On Jul **th I placed an order for dominos on Swiggy . The money was deducted twice. Since that day I contacted the customer service thrice. Everytime they say money will be refunded in ** hours .And they do not update anything from their end.I sit for hours chatting with them. They do not provide a resolution vague and unrelated answers . When i ask a concrete answer there is no response. They wont call back wiht resolution as well . You have to call them and wait for hours again
