shaik asif filed complaint against Amazon on Nov 10, 2021
This is Shaik Asif I have returned a product on **/**/**** order id# ************ order was picked up from me and before pickup delivery representative verified the product and picked it up.
After that I didn't received any confirmation from Amazon so I raised a consern with customer service they told me you'll receive confirmation by EOD after that I got confirmation almost * days crossed I didn't received my refund then I raised a complaint on my refund and today i got this message from Amazon (screenshot attached). Tried speaking with Amazon customer service but they are refusing for refund or any other resolution. I have already returned orignal product to Amazon now you guys are denying it
Please help me with this I can't bear the price of the product
