On **th nov **** have taken jio fiber connection(reason to choose jio is that am about to relocate my home so have choose jio because they have connection relocation facility)opted for the basic plan of Rs.**** for * months(for basic plan have to pay * months charge in advance) used for ** days and on Jan *st shifted to new home and initiated relocation request accordingly, engineer visited my place and informed me that area have jio fiber connection but they dont have ports to give connection and it may take *-* weeks of time to get the same and I patiently waited for ** day(Till Jan **th ****) annd also parallely mailing and calling end number of times to cusomer care but they are replying only that building is not feasable for connection. In fact my neighbour who is staing above my floor using jio fiber and also collected their monthly bill as proof. If service is not availabe in my area I can accept that conncetion not yet established but his is clear that they have service and they dont have ports and as a service provider they have to arrange ports or should initiate refund but they neither they did saying only that building is not feasable. Since I required connection very badly at last have taken connection from another service provider. Because of jio worst service and negligence In advance I paid * months fees but hardly used ** days
