Ritik Soni filed complaint against Amazon on May 19, 2025
I ordered a product from Amazon (Order ID: *****************) and received it on **th April ****. However, the product delivered was completely different from what I had ordered, so I raised a return request the same day. Unfortunately, the return kept getting cancelled multiple times without any clear reason. I contacted Amazon customer support, and they informed me that if the return fails more than three times, an advance refund would be initiated. Despite following all instructions and repeated assurances, no such refund was processed. After several follow-ups and wasted time, the product was finally picked up by Amazon’s delivery agent on *th May. The pickup was verified by the agent with photos and updates, and the product reached Amazon’s fulfillment center on **th May. However, I was later informed that the refund request was denied on the grounds that the wrong item was returned, which is false and extremely frustrating, considering the item was picked up and verified by Amazon itself. I am now left with no product and no refund, and despite numerous calls and complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am seeking immediate action and a full refund.
