Got rotten meat on an order from swiggy. Assured a full refund. It's been ** days already.. they are not initiating the refund except giving mere apologies & excuses.
I have been completely harassed. I have cooperated with them & following their support team daily since last ** days... But all in vain. This is really intolerable & pathetic.
