Swiggy instamart app - Refund delayed by the company for more than 2 weeks and then giving less refund than what was initia

I ordered boat earphones on **st July through Instamart. They delivered defective ones so I had to call them *-* times for getting them replaced. Not one time did they reach out to me from their side. All the times I had to contact them and explain different executives the same issue *-* times. After this, the replacement came which was also defective so I had to return it. For return also the same process of calling multiple times. Later they initiated a refund on *rd August which I recieved on **th august and that too of only ***rs. I had to call their support staff *-* times between this period for getting a refund of such a small amount. All they did was tell me to wait ** hours everytime and that I will get a response from their side within that period. And I never once got any mail or text from them regarding the issue.
