Self has cancelled the booking made on **th Aug ** with reference BOOKING ID JPS*ND*UM as was suffering with COVID. I urged repeatedly to customer care executives for processing my refund early considering a special case. I was always told that within ** days, refund will be completed. Now it/s been more than ** days however my refund is not completed. When i called & tried to complain about the same to supervisor neither the call was escalated & my registered mobile no. is under blocklist by customercare. Very worst experience, feels like kicking them out for this kind of worst & painful service of keeping my money as a fraud.
