I purchased an OBD tracking device from GoMechanic on **/**/**** with lifetime validity but after one year the device stopped working and when I called customer support they said that the device is no longer active and supported by their company. So I demanded refund but they said they won’t provide refund but instead they offered for free roadside assistance service which I don’t need cause my insurance covers it. I even escalated the issue but didn’t get any help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
