I had made a payment at zara on **th January. But the bill didn't generate hence they asked me to wait for refund. But the transaction has been successful on my side. Money has been deducted from my upo account. Pinelabs keep denying the fact that the transaction was successful even after showing them the UTR Number of transaction.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
