Pine Labs - Money not credited Back to Card even after a Month

I place an order on one of the ecommerce website in *nd week on june & paid for the same from pine perks card.Since there were issues with the material I returned the products & refund was credited from the ecommerce website for all the *products together out of which for * i received immediate refund but for the balance * the refund is still not received back to my card. When i contacted the ecommerce website they provided us with bank reference number & confirmed that all the * refunds were done on the same day & post that we contacted pine perks they are not even interested to acknowledege the issue.They are constantly asking us to fill the customer redessal form & even after sending them the form filled *times they are still delaying the stuffs & not even interested to address the issue & when asking for the refund they are asking to wait **days to get a resolution.I mean seriously this is the professionalism.
