One Swipe Machine was installed in our store on **-**-****. During Installation, Only MDR *.**%+GST as applicable charge was discussed by their sales representative and there was no other charge lifetime until the machine is active and in use. Everything goes fine but later on **-Mar-**, they deducted the money of Rs. **,*** without our consent and after asking the reason on email, they told that we have annual spends exceed INR ** lakhs. We never agreed this term in past. This deducted amount is a big amount for me and therefore after multiple email follow up, they are not responding now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
