I ordered a sweatshirt . But I got a product which was different from the picture and was of so bad quality . So I returned it . But I returned it about a month ago . they refunded my money to my club factory app after receving my product . Then I withdrawed my money from the app to my bank account . But today it is the ** th day and I did not get my money back .please help me .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
