I had my flight on **/**/****, booking reference number ************, that was cancelled, I opted for Refund claim, that is not settled yet. After many correspondence they are forwarding the amount in their e-valet. Now they are lying and putting my mistake as I have not opted for Refund Claim.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
