July **,****, two orders placed first amount ***, another amounts to ***. They cancel first order stating app issue order could not be placed whereas app showed food being prepared. After desperately trying to get help from customer support all they did was just cancel the order process refund, my got stuck for a week now which will not return as I have lost track on previously cancelled orders which never came as it is not possible to track after ** ** days sometime you tend to forget about refunds. Anyway back to my concern. Hungry and starving again I place order around *.** PM I place order, and wait since I get to response after Iong time I check app and see no order has been placed at all. I contact customer care again and they say it was a transaction problem and order could not be placed. This time they take *** rs from me. All they say is sorry, we took feedback and will return your money. Which sometimes they never do. Swiggy is cheating customers and taking money from them. Cuz sometimes you might not even check assuming it will get refunded after ** days. But it does not. Today I am finally frustrated as now almost **** rupees ie stuck in Swiggy and I do not have adequate money. I desperately asked for help from Swiggy, supervisor or escalation was not taken care ven after * chat sessions when I request for escalation they disconnect chat. I have had a very horrible experience with Swiggy. It should be closed. Also while trying to attach the chat logs here as evidence to how I was treated by support I discovered they do not give you an option to even even open archived chats it just would not load for you. They are cheating from customers and not even providing any support.
