Hirakjyoti Chakraborty filed complaint against Goibibo on Jun 1, 2022
Please note that even though IRCTC has refunded Goibibo account with Rs. ****, against TDR filed for PNR no. **********, I am yet to get the same reflected in my account.
The UTR number from IRCTC to Goibibo bank account is ***************. I am attaching screenshot for your reference, mentioning the same.
Kindly note that Goibibo is still stating that the refund amount has not been credited to their account by IRCTC, this is a false statement (screenshot attached for reference) and makes the vendor liable for legal action.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
